These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Humble3pl website, the Eagle Load TMS platform and related services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Your use of our freight and logistics services may also be governed by separate service agreements, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and for any decisions or actions you take based on it. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party.

Some features, including Eagle Load TMS, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

The Site and all content on it—including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Eagle Load TMS platform—are owned by or licensed to Humble3pl and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The Humble and Eagle Load names, logos and marks are trademarks of Humble3pl. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use them.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts or data.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Scrape, harvest or collect information about other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its security features.
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising.

Information on the Site, including blog articles and resources, is provided for general informational purposes only. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Humble3pl regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision, and any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
